USPS, UPS, and Amazon all consistently deliver when they say they will meanwhile FedEx is disappointingly missing the mark. I shy away from not writing a review unless its a positive one but after so many failed deliveries I must express how FedEx has simply been an unreliable delivery service. From this point forth they will not be consider for any shipping or delivery service I may need and will expressly state that or decline any online orders to be delivered using FedEx services.

Not sure if he was hitting on her but it took a while. When it was my turn, he was rude. Asks me to read the tracking number even though I had the qr code. Asks for my drivers license then proceeds to ask for my year of birth even though it’s on the license. Throws the package on the table.
