  FED Driver AHH Kay from this Fedex is worst driver! He takes picture from the highway not the actual entrance. He says undeliverable. He has done this many times now. You pay Next day air and this is what happens! No Refunds no nothing,just excuses. He is lazy and just wants go home early. People get next day because its important. He had gate the code on the packabe and could have called me at the gate or push delivery. He did none of this. I only get a stupid complaimt ticket. He gets to keep doing this and fedex just lets him. What a joke. I have spoken to AJ at fedex number and I now have to wait 3 days to get my next day air and I cant get it myself from this location untill 2nd attempt is made.I have been customer for years. I will be waiting. What a joke! Save time and money and go somewhere elae! Dhl

  This place place has comedically terrible service. I walked in to two associates, none of whom greeted me. They both continued to engage in casual conversation as I walked up to the counter and continued for a little while as I stood there, staring at them. Eventually one went in the back and the conversation was severed and customer service can begin. The infamous "Can I help you?" was presented from the woman identified in these comments who looked less than thrilled to need to assist someone. Thankfully I was there by mistake as I needed to print something for work and they did not offer printing services and the encounter was brief. After looking around and visually acknowledging that there are in fact no printers, I asked, do you all print here? She looked at me as though she were looking at an idiot and responded no. I told her, ya know I figured as much not seeing a single printer in here but my dumbass had to ask. She smiled. I walked away. Chuckled. I am so glad I read the reviews before going in here. Had I walked into this place and received this horrible customer service unexpectedly, I would have had a completely different review. However the fact that they lived up to their standard had me entertained the whole time. Would recommend to a friend (just to mess with them 😂)

  Worst customer service ever! Not helpful at all! Asked for a little tape he replied with "I have tape but not for you" "I can sell you some" so unhelpful!

  The customer service associate was so rude from the moment I walked in. She came out from a door asking if she could help me. I started to explain I had an item to return and she interrupt me mid sentence and loudly repeated, “Can I help you?!’ She wouldn’t let me finish my sentences when she would start talking over me. I left without being helped because I decided to not accept the way she was talking to me especially having my 11 year old with me. So rude. I would absolutely not recommend this location.
