A Spanish young front desk lady has very condescending attitude. When I asked for a poster pickup, she complete ignored me and walked away. I thought she did not hear me so I said ‘excuse me’, she stopped and said ‘I DO NOT KNOW IF YOU REALIZE I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF SOMETHING”. Wow, I guess this how FedEx treats their customers now.

After a very ugly experience with usps, this FedEx office was very nice, I sell an item on ebay and they accept the label tag with the item here and I shipped very easy. Even time ago I shipped a computer to dell here for repair and they were very friendly. 5 stars of 5 to this places

I had a great experience at this FedEx location. I was having trouble printing my shipping label at the self-print station, and Daisy was quick to step in and help. She not only got my label printed but also helped me pack my item correctly. She was friendly, patient, and made the whole process so much easier. Really appreciated her help and great customer service!

FedEx is honestly the most useless delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. Packages never arrive on time — sometimes not even within a week. Their drivers ignore delivery instructions, can’t figure out door codes, and just mark packages as “undeliverable.” Customer service is nothing but bots and clueless staff waving their hands. I’ve had three deliveries ruined already. Even USPS works better than this mess.

Staff was friendly, but they could have told us the price of a print before as it was more than 16 dollars for 16 pages.
