  Really bad customer service when I went for a passport picture. Bad quality and didn't even showed it before printing. I had to pay elsewhere to get a better quality picture.

  I took in an expensive piece of jewelry to this this FedEx store. I hated to tell them that it was expensive because I was afraid they might steal it. I had to tell him because I wanted to ensure In The only let me insure it for 1000 and it is worth 2100. I suspect that one of the employees stole it because it was supposed to be in his destination by noon The next day and it’s a day after that and it’s still not in if this doesn’t get resolved and it is a need lost. I’m going to report it to the FDA and I’m gonna have it all over Nextdoor all over Facebook. The Fedex employees stole an item that I shipped out.

  Similar to the reviews below, I dropped off a brand new Pixel 8 Pro as a trade in to Samsung and they sent me an email that my package was shipped to them empty. Do Not use this FEDEX. I wish I had seen the reviews before taking my phone in. Now I'll be charged $700 extra for the phone I bought.

  Put cash onto card, sat at pc station to print 1 item. Only then does it inform me that printer is broken. I logoff with zero done & fedex wont refund the $1.95 wasted....but acknowledge the printer is broken.
