    I took in an expensive piece of jewelry to this this FedEx store. I hated to tell them that it was expensive because I was afraid they might steal it. I had to tell him because I wanted to ensure In The only let me insure it for 1000 and it is worth 2100. I suspect that one of the employees stole it because it was supposed to be in his destination by noon The next day and it’s a day after that and it’s still not in if this doesn’t get resolved and it is a need lost. I’m going to report it to the FDA and I’m gonna have it all over Nextdoor all over Facebook. The Fedex employees stole an item that I shipped out.

    Honestly, every time I come in, I have wonderful service. Friendly people work here, and they help me get my tasks done. Whether it's shipping or returns. I actually enjoy coming to this location, so wanted to share.

    In a rush and expected this to open…because well the hours are open online, and they are not. Get it together FedEx or change your time on google like a normal person.

    WiFi is painfully slow not only at this location but most FedEx Office locations. Don't go there planning to do anything that requires using your own laptop. All part of the plan to create revenue by having you pay by the minute to use theirs. You're better off at Panera or Starbucks if you actually need to get things done on your own computer. Surprising that it's so slow at a place that should want to keep people there working so that money is spent. Coffee shops have the model figured out. FedEx Office does not.

    Had a great first experience at this location. Travis was a huge help to me. The image I sent him via email to be printed was problematic and making it difficult to have my project come out right. Travis really worked with me to explore all my options and even helped with a little discount that was much appreciated :) Great experience and you can bet we will return with more orders!!
