Among the staff, Jessica is my favorite “go-to” person. She hardly ever needs to look up anything. She is smart and helpful and has always solved my printing problems. She’s the best!!

My usual FedEx location insisted it could not be done until the next day and focused only on timelines and limitations. Store manager Steven understood the urgency and immediately stepped in. Within no time, the poster was ready. He went a step further by proactively finding and applying the institutional discount code as well. This FedEx store knows how to win customers. The help was genuine, thoughtful, and solution oriented. I have just found my new go to FedEx.
