I needed help to get documents ready for a claim to send in for a legal matter. The sales associate Jose was very informative and helpful. Whenever I come to this location I everyone is very friendly and helpful. I was really in a crunch and Jose calmed me down and gave me everything I needed to help me to gather all my materials and FedEx everything I needed. I cannot exclaim enough how much they meant to me and what a blessing it was to have Jose help me. I will forever go to this location.

I have been a loyal customer of your company for quite some time. I run a local youth cheer league and frequently use your services for our events. Up until now, I’ve always had a great experience and have never had an issue. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing and upsetting. I recently placed an order for flags for an upcoming cheer competition. The order was originally processed at the Poway location, but unfortunately, the wrong shipping address was used. When I realized the error, I called to have the package held at the Sports Arena store instead. When I called the Sports Arena location to confirm the package was there, I spoke with a representative named Jose. From the very start, he was extremely rude and dismissive. Poway had accidentally left my name off the package, but they were very apologetic and did everything they could to help me. Jose, on the other hand, made no effort to assist me. Instead, he repeatedly told me that his store was not responsible for shipping, which I fully understood — but as a customer service representative, he should have tried to help me problem-solve and locate my package rather than shut me down. When I arrived in person to pick up the order, his behavior was even worse. He was short, unprofessional, and spoke to me in a condescending tone, as if I was incompetent or a child. He also insisted on seeing my ID, which he claimed was store protocol. I’ve never once been asked to show ID when picking up an order before, and his delivery of this request felt unnecessarily hostile. As someone who works in customer service myself, I know how important it is to remain calm and respectful — even if a customer is upset. In this case, I was not rude, only frustrated and seeking help. There was no reason for me to be treated this way. Your store manager has always run a professional and efficient location, and I know he takes pride in the service provided. I strongly believe he deserves employees who share that same commitment to excellent customer care. This experience was so negative that I will no longer be using the Sports Arena location. I hope this situation is taken seriously, as no customer should be made to feel disrespected or unvalued.

I brought the package untaped because I didn't have a tape with me. I was super busy taking my business and was very fortunate to come to this black, slim clerk who made my transition MUCH SMOOTHER EVER!! I was rushed with the package, and he seemed to acknowledge my urgency. Once he scanned the barcode, he told me to go ahead even though the package was untaped. Fortunately, I followed my instinct; good enough, he did the procedure by book! My package was sealed and shipped to me in an entire package with nothing missing.
