- VIV INov 29, 20252.0I walked in to drop off a pre-labeled package. Seeing that it was not busy, empty aside from one employee, I went to the counter where right away she took me to the self serve and informed me that I could use it instead of going to the counter. She wasn’t rude in her approach, but I thought it was both rude and lazy when she simply could have just taken a few seconds to scan the package, hand me my receipt and wish me a good rest of my day. I make use of the kiosks when there is a line, it wasn’t at all necessary and actually kept me there longer because I had to humour her explaining the kiosk to me. Perhaps replacing humans with AI is not going to be as bad as it is anticipated to be, at the very least I will not have to deal with someone who is shamelessly not there to work.

- MMMichael MJul 31, 20231.0This location sucks the lady with the pink hair gave me attitude because I was upset when a package that was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago wasn't delivered because the driver lied about making an attempt 2 times and never left a door tag. I checked my ring camera and no one ever came to the door when they said they tried to deliver the package on both days that person is a liar and lazy. I made a compliant to the company I ordered from. Fed Ex used to be a good company but it's gone down hill in the last 7 yrs that's why I don't use them.
