    Horrible experience today I don't know what happened to customer service at this location in the last 5 yrs but a chunky Latina lady with pink hair (looked funny on her for her age} was snipy with me and was no help. Instead of helping locate where my package was she gave me attituded when I made a comment about how lazy the delivery drive was because he never came to my house and for the last two days he lied and said that he did well I have a Ring camera that says otherwise. She shouldn't be working in customer service and because of this I won't be going to this location if I have to pick up a package. I own two businesses and if my employee acted this way to my customers I would have fired her.

    This location sucks the lady with the pink hair gave me attitude because I was upset when a package that was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago wasn't delivered because the driver lied about making an attempt 2 times and never left a door tag. I checked my ring camera and no one ever came to the door when they said they tried to deliver the package on both days that person is a liar and lazy. I made a compliant to the company I ordered from. Fed Ex used to be a good company but it's gone down hill in the last 7 yrs that's why I don't use them.
