  As a Murphy Canyon local, I’ve been coming to this FedEx location for about a year now and I keep coming back for a reason. Mrs. Cynthia and her staff have always gone out of their way to help me with all my questions — and trust me, I have plenty! I ship to different parts of the world for my Etsy shop, so I really appreciate how patient and knowledgeable they are every single time. I actually came here to leave this review after reading through the other ones, and I have to laugh at the complaint about the torn box 😄 — that’s a shipping liability issue, people! I’m pretty sure there was a perfectly valid reason behind it. Rules exist for a reason! My personal experience here has been nothing but great, and I’ll definitely keep giving this location my business. If you’re looking for reliable, friendly service — this is your spot!

  I wanted to just leave a review to warn mamangent about their employee Cynthia. She was rude and dismissive the second I walked in through the door. When I asked her if she could please answer a few questions for me and she was just asking me about what I wanted when I was sure about how the paper worked or prices were she was very rude and frustrated with me for asking about prices and types sizes. She was even yelling at me at one point when I told her I wasn’t sure about sizes and if she could just show me what they were, and even when I was paying it was such a horrible experience. I hope no one ever has to experience her again. Management really needs to look into not having this person be dealing with costumer service.

  Inattentive staff and the printing kiosks do not allow you to print from a hard drive (even though they are usb capable).

  The only time I have used them is to return items from Levi’s. I wish they had more locations cause they are really spread out. However the Customer Service here is excellent. They don’t charge to print labels like UPS does. When I’m returning something that’s only 20$ or 30$, every 3$ charge counts against my return. They don’t charge me or give me any issues about how I wrap it. The Store Reps are really respectful and professional as well. There’s always plenty of parking and never a line.

  The manager Cynthia would not let me mail my pre paid return because the box had a tare in it. I told her we could tape it and that I’ve mailed them out like this before she said no. I told her I didn’t have my wallet and if she could please just take it like that because I get off late and will be going out of town. She said there was nothing she could do and was extremely rude. I’m very disappointed. I ended up going to another fedex and they took it as is. I hope you find the time to train her better so future experiences aren’t like mine.
