    It took them 14 days to deliver from Cincinnati to San Diego. Sandra at San Diego hub is so helpful. With her kind assistance, i resolved the issues. DHL has major communication issues.

    This is the worse company I was promised my package by Thursday and it never came had to go back and fourth with the I got nothing but a round around and on top of the that the clothes I was waiting for was for a wedding I spoke to a customer service representative and he promised me that he will deliver my package on Saturday due to all the inconvenience even though they are closed and now I have no close for my wedding and it’s to day I will never trust there words again or go through them ever again what a shame I payed all this money to get my stuff on time but they refused to give me my package that I paid for to get I can’t believe this is really happening!!!!!
