I would like to take a moment to recognize and commend Ceasar Cervantes for his truly outstanding customer service at DHL Gateway.
From the very beginning, Ceasar left me with an excellent impression of DHL. His warm smile, friendliness, patience, and genuine care went far beyond my expectations. He took the time to help me find the most ideal shipping option at the most affordable price DHL could offer. What impressed me most was that he was never forceful he was sincere, understanding of my interests, and even encouraged me to compare rates with other carriers if it would benefit me. Ultimately, it was his honesty, professionalism, and DHL’s strong reputation that convinced me to proceed with a $144 shipment for my $358 item.
A few days later, I realized I had accidentally left my AirPods on the DHL counter without noticing at the time. After four days of searching everywhere and still not knowing where I had left them, I decided to take a chance and drive back to DHL Gateway, even though I felt the odds were very slim.
I arrived at 4:58 pm,just two minutes before closing at 5:00 pm. To my surprise, the office was still open and Ceasar was still there. He greeted me with the same big smile and warm welcome as before. Even more amazingly, he immediately brought out my AirPods, which he had personally secured in a safe place and ensured his team kept for me.
Ceasar is an exceptional DHL employee and a true face of the DHL brand. He demonstrates outstanding integrity, moral character, and work ethic. Because of him, I have even greater trust in DHL. You truly won me over, Ceasar and DHL is fortunate to have an employee like you who sets such a high standard of service.
