During that time I was never thrilled with their customer service as they often made you wait around (for no apparent reason) before they would retrieve your package. Further, they leave their mailbox customer packages sitting out around the store, completely unsecured so that anyone could walk away with them and I believe that is what happened to me. Last month I had a package sent from Amazon and confirmed with both Amazon and USPS that the package had been left at College Postal Plus However, none of the employees or owner at the store could locate the package. Instead they told me to go to the post office and claimed they never got it. I drove to the post office, just to have the post office confirm they had indeed left the package at College Postal Plus. . . A few days later, when the package still hadn't shown up I asked one of the employees to see if the owner would reimburse me for the cost of the lost package (a whooping $28.00) and let her know that if he was not willing to do this I would close my account. I was informed that the owner (Mir Ali) felt he wasn't responsible for the lost or stolen package and he would preferred that I close my account. Needless to say I ended up closing my account and found that the USPS is actually a lot less for a larger mailbox. Please don't waist your money or risk loosing your items at this place.
