- AMAnelene MellinJan 2, 20261.0Constance Shepard and many of their chat agents were distasteful. It’s disorganized. Slow. And I had the experience of feeling like I wasn’t being genuinely helped and wasting my time. I am very displeased. There was one good agent who actually cared to hear me out but I forgot his name, shoutout to the man who understood Santa and the importance of this package! Long story short, it was a disaster and I will make sure I do whatever I can to not go through them again. Happy holidays!

- CLColie LindsayOct 29, 20222.0It seems AIT needs to work on improving their customer service and fix their broken website scheduling service. Sony is using AIT to ship me a Tv. I tracked my shipment on AIT’s website and opted in to receive an email when it was time to schedule delivery, I still have not received any emails from them. I have received 2 automated calls that instruct you to go online and schedule a delivery. When I try to schedule, it says there is no record try again in 24hrs. I tried this for 3 days with no success. When I call about my delivery it’s all automated and just tells you to do it online. So I called again and pressed #2 which is for returns (not deliveries) and I was actually connected with a person who was able to transfer me to a representative in deliveries. They told me the name and # of a different company who is supposedly the ones actually delivering my tv but I have to wait until Monday to call them

- BRBilly RitzDec 19, 20171.0Terrible logistics and service. Ordered a TV and it took them almost 4 weeks deliver within the US. This company deserves to at least be shut down from Amazon. I ordered something thru Amazon and for some reason they used this company. I reached out to them at least 8 times and they always said some one was going to contact me, it never happened. Never ever working with them again.
