I've seen time and time again people arriving early or during business hours but they don't seen to have anyone there until after 12pm. Be prepared to wait. Security tells me that you can wait on the nearby benches. Unfortunately there is no Cafe in the building anymore, no vending machines on the property either. If you need directions go to the bottom floor by using the stairs after going in the main entrance or use a side entrance. If this is no longer helpful to people please mark this as not useful and I will take it down.
