  Holding the package exactly before delivery and adding extra fees. The package was not delivered because of that. Horrible horrible experience. On the top of that they call me every day with Mary the AI. I told Mary that I do not want to pay 25% on the top of the delivery fees and local taxes, we are taxing the taxes now.

  Mohammed is such a great person to work with, he helped me fully over the course of 2 months shipping and receiving forms. I believe he’s the lead but he definitely should be higher. Honestly before him I didn’t think DHL was good but he’s definitely redeemed them and plus some.

From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, attentive, and extremely helpful. Mohamed handled everything efficiently and made sure my shipment process was smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer my questions clearly and ensured that everything was completed correctly. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly professional and genuinely kind when assisting customers. Thanks to Mohamed’s excellent management and customer care, the whole experience with DHL Express was quick, organized, and pleasant. He represents the company very well, and I highly recommend this location because of the outstanding service he provides.
