  I rarely give a review yet this one is a disappointed ones. I’ve sending international package last year early November 2025. Everything had put and sent in one package. Due to destination country custom issued so I asked them to shipped my package back. The package came back in one different box (bigger box) with separated boxes inside. I checked the boxes carefully, counting each items and found out one item was missing. I reached out to costumer service (call, text & even go to the store) he said he will report to his boss and update me. I wait wait and wait andddddddd till today (3/27/2026) no response, no solution… nothing. I forgot to mention that I also bought insurance for my package in case got lost so I can have money back base to the total items value. Shipping service is ok BUT result the problem is 0️⃣ I am so DISAPPOINTED
