- ESEmily SchillingApr 16, 20261.0The customer service has been rough lately. They treat you like you should know all of the rules and procedures to mailing all types of mail. Today I tried asking for help before sending packages internationally on the customs form and felt very dismissed and dumb. I was then told “great I’m the lucky clerk”. The other clerk said to all other customers in a rude way “come on guys, have everything ready”. Their entire desk is filled with printed out reminders that they expect everyone to read and understand so they don’t have to do the extra work. Some people have questions and want to get it right the first time! You’re in customer service, act like it. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind! No one told you that you had to work there. With the cost of postage these days, no one wants to make a mistake. It was so sad to see how they talked to customers. I know this is just another bad review but how will things change if no one speaks up.

I think it would be easier for me to just drive from Texas to California so I can talk to someone face to face. I would give them 0 stars but that is not available on here. I have called the usps 800# and that's a big joke, wait times are over an hour long.
