First time I went they gave me the form and told me to bring it to the senior living home to do it...Didn't work. Went a second time and they told me they don't have forms anymore and I can do it online. Cannot do it online.

My review is based on I paid for a POBOX that was suppose to have access 24 hours due to my work hours and have a hard time getting their during business hours. Just so disappointed on a non posted change even online still States 24hr service.
