- BBBrandySep 27, 20251.0I stop by this FedEx a few times a week, and I have to say the service could really use some improvement. Cassandra who is a manager is often chatting about her personal and even her romantic life, which I feel is very unprofessional especially since children come into the store. She also doesn’t seem very prepared to help customers. There’s also a gentleman, I believe his name is Larry, who often leaves folks waiting in line for quite a while. It makes the visits take longer than they should. The other girl, I forgot her name, is also quite chatty and she is not quite professional. I really hope management can address this, because it’s an inconvenience for those of us who come here regularly.

New staff doesn't know the differences in the printing abilities of their front and back machines, and things I used to be able to print are now "against company policy". I recommend avoiding this location.
