- BBBrandySep 27, 20251.0I stop by this FedEx a few times a week, and I have to say the service could really use some improvement. Cassandra who is a manager is often chatting about her personal and even her romantic life, which I feel is very unprofessional especially since children come into the store. She also doesn’t seem very prepared to help customers. There’s also a gentleman, I believe his name is Larry, who often leaves folks waiting in line for quite a while. It makes the visits take longer than they should. The other girl, I forgot her name, is also quite chatty and she is not quite professional. I really hope management can address this, because it’s an inconvenience for those of us who come here regularly.

A month later I get a notification that the package was never scanned, and the recipient never received the pacakge, leaving me responsible for the cost of the contents. Whether it was theft or incompetence, I would use a different location. This cost me almost $500.
