Three arrived, the forth, although it got on the same truck as some of the others out of the store, never made it to the 1st stop: the Menlo Park main station. How is it possible to "lose" a breadbox sized package in this short hop? The store keeps claiming that this is a UPS issue and they can't help, the UPS guys say this is a store issue and that the UPS Store is not part of UPS. I try calling the UPS Store numbers, and get bounced to UPS customer service. So is UPS Store part of UPS? We filed a trace request - no information. Did someone ask the truck driver what happened? Apparently not. We hoped that filing a claim would mean that UPS would look for the package - nope. Customer service is either in India, or if you get someone in the US, they are super rude. No apologies, just excuses about how UPS ships sooo many packages and they can't possibly find a "lost" one in that vast system.
