I dont send mail often so I had no idea which boxes to use. Dennis saw me going through the boxes and offered to help. He was very informative...took the time to give me a number of options and I greatly appreciated that he suggested the best options to save money. I could tell just by his efforts as well as the smiles on the other employees' faces that they really cared about helping their customers. I wish all post office employees were like them.
