The guy had a big roll of tape just sitting on his back counter, but he asked me to buy a roll from the store. It was $6.99!! Who is insane to pay that much for a small roll of ordinary packing tape?! Needless to say I left without doing the return. He was even rude enough to say emphatically 'please go'. No sense of customer service and so rude!! I will go to another UPS location from now on. Only came here because it was open till 7 pm instead of the usual 6:30 pm closing time.
