I was in there mid-day, they had lots of time to handle it. Now I am in a crunch time to renew a state license, and they were rude about trying to figure out the issue.

The charges on printing service are reasonable to me because of how convenient it is. If it's too much for you, perhaps Staples would be better. Also the packaging of items I send out through them are completely my responsibility and I don't expect other people to take care of anything about that for me, whether or not it's a simple fix like missing tape or wrong box. I run a business myself and I do not give away what is not paid for. I stick to the scope of what I advertise. It's just the professional way of running things. If I make an exception for some people, then it wouldn't be fair to all right?

I accepted and purchase that, but the woman need me to move all boxes back to serve other customers first, and after that move all boxes back to the counter. Unbelievable. Any phone to complaint?

Their computer/power went off before I got there apparently so they made me wait 15minutes for their VPN to reload. Then the employees couldn’t figure out how to access my documents from an email I sent them somehow. It wasn’t clear what the issue was but I never got my documents.
