All these bad reviews about horrible customer service at this location and NOTHING still has been done about it???? This post office clearly this Post office won’t be doing better. These old ladies in the front should be ashamed of themselves. They are far too old to be acting the way they do. And being disrespectful and lazy? Sheesh they just mad at the world because they can’t retire and they should have long ago. They certainly meet the age requirement to retire. Times are tough for them and they have to keep working. In the meantime put a smile on your face and show some respect for others. They should NOT be interacting with customers when they lack customer service skills. Guess the complaints needs to go higher up in the Chain of command. Are the employees and higher up all related or something? Why isn’t this being handled in a timely manner. Our complaints are going unheard clearly. This post office will never have my business again. And I will pass this info on to family and friends and tell them where another location is to go to. Pick up a volunteer job at the senior center. You have no place in customer service. Too old to be acting like a ridiculous jerk to customers. Get yourselves together. Seriously need some retraining or replacement.

Those older black ladies at the front desk are extremely rude. I was speaking in a very understanding and calm/nice tone asking a simple question about bags and was immediately received with attitude and extreme head movements. I genuinely don’t understand how people work so angrily.
