- DLDaniel Lse2 days ago1.0It’s frustrating that you can’t even reach your local post office anymore. Meanwhile, San Bernardino continues to deal with ongoing mail theft issues that don’t appear random. These mailboxes aren’t being forced open—they’re accessed with keys, which raises serious concerns about internal access, even in some of the city’s better neighborhoods.
- FRFrank RizzoApr 18, 20263.0I just wanted to get a PO box and change of address and during that process had to do part of it online myself to update the change of address so my mail would be forwarded immediately instead of the 2-3 week timeframe that it would take normally. Thing is if you do it online they force you to watch and participate in insurance quotes and multiple other offers as they call them. Their business is mail and not advertising for Geico and others. It took to much time and was for me an inconvenience when I just wanted to do a couple simple things and not be forced to participate in online advertising "requiring" personal info and my email address to continue to the next "offer" and the next. Some of their processes need to be refined and made easier with less unnecessary advertising or at least the option to choose not to be forced into watching their advertising and "offers".

- JMJessi MaldonadoDec 1, 20251.0I have shipped almost 3 thousand packages in the last year in a half and have never had as many problems as I have had in these last 2 months, workers are never helpfull and always have smart comments, held multiple packages for as little as $2 postage due on PREPAID shipping orders, paid to have my packages picked up from my residence just so I won't deal with the bad staff at this location and still had to deal with them because no one showed up to pick up my packages!!! Even when I scheduled and paid for pick up a day in advance! Horrible service stay away!!
