Very rude wants to be a smart mouth by scanning my id then i ask a simple question and she wants to get crazy haha rude someone need to tell her dont talk to people like that.. bad customer service
- TLTR LNov 11, 20254.0I went in expecting rude service due to the reviews, but I'm glad I dont have any complaints. There is plenty of parking to the side of the building. The entrance is the far left door, BTW. There were 2 clerks working the front end and took care of customers in a professional manner. Service was quick and easy if you came prepared. The lady who helped me was definitely multitasking but I didnt mind. Even the customers were very pleasant. Overall good first impression. I will return to this post office.
- MRMarlene RuizNov 1, 20251.0Sad place ! Line out the door 🚪 and more than 45 min to get a money order! Only one clerk that seems slower than molasses. She gave good service it’s not her fault at all that there are no other clerks up front helping out the people! We have lives to handle and waiting an hour for help in a post office is unacceptable! This is not the DMV people . But let’s go to Redlands and the building is amazing and the line moves fast! Sad 😔 the clerk here trying to do it all by herself! God bless her soul! No wonder they GO postal …. Please improve this situation if not for the public at least for the hard working people behind the counter !
