I was speaking in a very understanding and calm/nice tone asking a simple question about bags and was immediately received with attitude and extreme head movements. I genuinely don’t understand how people work so angrily.

You will get half answers to your questions, sit back in line and then be told you are missing a form. Sit in line for 1h. They move extremely slow and and unhelpful on purpose. 0 customer service skills. 15 people in line with 2 working on a Saturday with one of them going in the back room for long periods of time. Come here if you want to waste your time.

This is a large facility open till 6pm daily and is a full service post office. The workers here are courteous and always willing to go the extra mile to be sure the packages they handle here are done correctly. They also have an after hours self serve machine and passports are done here as well.
