Those older black ladies at the front desk are extremely rude. I was speaking in a very understanding and calm/nice tone asking a simple question about bags and was immediately received with attitude and extreme head movements. I genuinely don’t understand how people work so angrily.

I was an idiot who actually went to this location after reading these reviews here, thinking it couldn't be that bad. Apparently it could. This is not a place to go to get an errand done, because you won't get it done.

The absolute worst location. Absolutely unprofessional staff especially the 2 older women, one with white hair one brunette. You will get half answers to your questions, sit back in line and then be told you are missing a form. Sit in line for 1h. They move extremely slow and and unhelpful on purpose. 0 customer service skills. 15 people in line with 2 working on a Saturday with one of them going in the back room for long periods of time. Come here if you want to waste your time.

I just witnessed something that seems to fall in line with other people's experiences. A couple came in to have their baby's passport processed. The older lady with a blue cardigan, grey hair, and a face mask on made it seems like the biggest inconvenience in the world. She asked if they had an appointment which they did, and started muttering how the baby better not cry. When confronted she repeated her statement that the baby better not cry, or the appointment would be canceled. I had been in line waiting this whole time, and not once had the baby cried, or made a loud noise. She refused to check their paper work until the picture was taken, but she had not at any point even asked if they already had a picture. As she walked away she muttered "these people think they are going to tell me how to do my job" mind you this was done in feont front of the other coworker, and what I am guessing is a manager. He wasn't much better getting frustrated with a deaf woman. Over all I didn't feel like I was in a post office, but rather at the DMV. If working is such an inconvenience then maybe a customer facing position isn't suited for them.

I went to usps to shop and customer service ask a question which is unclear and use my response to deny me shipping my item . The manager came was very unfriendly. This happened August 11 2025 at around 12pm.
