Even when I scheduled and paid for pick up a day in advance! Horrible service stay away!!

A week goes by and no one contacts me. I call just for them to tell me i would have to do everything online which conflicted information they had given me last week. So not only do they absolutely do a terrible job with shipping, but they also dont even know how to do their jobs correctly.
