- JMJessi MaldonadoDec 1, 20251.0I have shipped almost 3 thousand packages in the last year in a half and have never had as many problems as I have had in these last 2 months, workers are never helpfull and always have smart comments, held multiple packages for as little as $2 postage due on PREPAID shipping orders, paid to have my packages picked up from my residence just so I won't deal with the bad staff at this location and still had to deal with them because no one showed up to pick up my packages!!! Even when I scheduled and paid for pick up a day in advance! Horrible service stay away!!

A week goes by and no one contacts me. I call just for them to tell me i would have to do everything online which conflicted information they had given me last week. So not only do they absolutely do a terrible job with shipping, but they also dont even know how to do their jobs correctly.
