I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences at this post office. The staff have been unhelpful, rude, and unable to provide basic services. Most recently, they couldn’t provide mailing services… at the post office…? I completely understand that technical issues happen, but the way this is communicated to the customers makes a huge difference. Rather than explaining the situation kindly, offering alternatives, or letting me know when I could return for full service, I was spoken to in a condescending tone that made me feel scolded for even asking.A little courtesy can go a long way.

This is our local post office and the employees here are always patient, friendly and help us make sure that we get our mail and packages delivered to where they need to be within the necessary time period. I had a friend sending a package to NZ that was going to be very expensive and the woman helping us was not only patient but helped review all possible options. It was a few days before Christmas and the PO was packed with a long line and still this woman was very kind and served us with a smile.
