- AAAdrieFeb 9, 20261.0I have one word, schadenfreude - when others take pleasure in your pain or humiliation. The lady called me over and it started off nice at first, but she then found one error in my paperwork and scolded me for crossing the line where it says to “stop.” She then rushed me through another page, scolded me again for not having followed the information on my birth certificate… and I had to correct my error. She then sent me over to the photo window and took a picture which she later handed to me after charging me and said this will be your photo for 10 years and she laughed as she saw my reaction to the picture she hurriedly took of me… don’t go here for passport services. The post office needs to do better. The Salinas community deserves better. If your job has over the years forced you to become pleased with causing humiliation to others, then you may need to reconsider your position.
