The outside mailing box does not have a slot large enough to take pre paid packages for after hours mailing. So my ebay packages are sometimes sent late.

Try to send a letter to China with obviously the address in Chinese and Post Office refused claiming the address needs to be in English like really while I was inside the office probable like 1 minute before closing I requested to speak to the supervisor to my surprise he was the Supervisor and he said sorry we are close like reallyyyyyyy.
