- SFSarah FerreiraFeb 14, 20261.0This is the most ratchet UPS store I have ever experienced. The women working there ignored me to have their personal gossip session and they were cussing left and right in front of my elderly mother. I asked one of the women to help me with a return package and she was no help at all, just kept staring at me and repeating 'I dont know' over and over. Then she would turn around and be cussing with the other ladies again, turn back and blankly look at me and repeat 'I dont know'. After she demonstrated that she didnt know anything about how to do her job she just stopped talking to me completely so I just left.

Then again today I said hello, and she looked at me and started chit chatting with her co worker. What is up with the customer service here ? Greeting someone is the first thing you do in customer service!!!! Learn the basics of customer service please !!
