- KMKarina MendozaJan 6, 20231.0Manager Tiana is extremely rude and unprofessional. I went in to ship sensitive information and paid for priority shipping. Tiana gave me no information on my package, only that priority shipping is 1-2 business days at most. She argued with me over my "attitude" and told me not to return to this store if I was in a bad mood. Since then, the mail I paid priority shipping for did not arrive. When I called the store to speak to her about my issues with my package, she cut me off, did not hear me out, did not offer me help and proceeded to tell me she did nothing wrong. She told me these problems were my own fault. I absolutely do not recommend this location to anyon as long as UPS allows their managers to treat their customers with blatant disrespect.
