- GSGeorge SJul 13, 20251.0My experience with the UPS location on Constitution was far below expectation. I dropped off a package, and when I got to the counter, there was no clerk there. After a minute of waiting, I said aloud, "Is there anybody here?" Clerk came out from the back with attitude. Can I help you. Apparently, I interrupted a conversation she was having on her phone. She scanned my shipping label and said nothing. I left and told her to have a nice day. Now, to make matters worse after a week, my package was never received and is now lost. I will never use this UPS location again as their customer service is just horrible.

I called regarding a pick up and the female who I talked to answered most of my questions with "I don't know" and gave attitude when I asked her for contact information for someone who could answer my questions, saying she was answering my questions. Unacceptable.
