Prices are reasonable and they have everything you can ask for. Had a great time with this specific mailing service in the past. Got my products earlier than the time prompted. She weighed and measured my box and said $50+ for 2 pound package to the east coast. Then quickly disappeared to chat with someone in the back. Went to post office, they suggested a bag instead of box, total cost $20! 😄

The girls are always very nice and helpful. Today I went in and it was my first experience with the younger gentleman that works there. I brought in a child’s guitar to mail. He told me I could not use the box I brought in. He quoted me $107 to mail to Illinois. I said no way. I took it to the regular post office. They said there was nothing wrong with my box and charged me $50 to send. I’m very confused how the guy at ups on s main quoted me a price almost 110% more that the US postal service. I don’t think he knows how to get the best price for customers and help them out. The girls always help me. This was crazy.
