She weighed and measured my box and said $50+ for 2 pound package to the east coast. Then quickly disappeared to chat with someone in the back. Went to post office, they suggested a bag instead of box, total cost $20! 😄

Came to return a pair of shoes through the nike app and got charged for the box to ship it in. The time before they didn't charge me for anything, girl boxed it up in front of me and I was on my way no problem. Not this time I guess. Anyways got charged $8 for a box lol. I understand the rules but make sure all of your employees know how to do the job correctly.
