- CCCynthia CastilloAug 30, 20251.0I had to collect several undelivered packages from St Helena post office and had the unfortunate experience meeting Mr Kevin Gambill, our Postmaster. After his berating about the construction happening at my residence and why my packages couldn’t be delivered, I corrected him ensuring safe, direct and welcoming access to my front door for delivering packages. When I finally was handed my packages, Mr Gambill quickly completed the electronic ‘satisfaction’ rating (intended for customers/residents of St Helena), choosing ‘completely satisfied’, exactly the opposite of what I would have chosen for my experience. Mr Gambill was arrogant, intimidating, unprofessional, and poor example of customer service, respect and support, especially as a representative of the City of St Helena and government official. First impressions matter.
