Someone from management needs to step in, review what’s happening at this location, and ensure employees are following proper customer service standards. This situation should not be ignored

Customers deserve basic respect, but instead I was treated as if I was a burden rather than someone simply requesting a service. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire office. Staff should be trained to communicate professionally and treat people with courtesy.
- PHPedro HerreraMar 17, 20261.0I had a very bad experience at this post office. I went there to get a money order and asked a simple question about whether it was the new or old version. Instead of answering, the employee became rude and told me it wasn’t my business. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, he said, “I’m the owner, there is no supervisor,” and told me to get out if I didn’t want to proceed. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If this location is operating under USPS services, customers should still be treated with basic respect and given proper assistance. Based on other reviews, it seems like this is not the first time people have had issues here, and nothing is being done about it. Very disappointing experience
