    I had an extremely frustrating experience with USPS Post Office. I waited in line for over 30 minutes just to get help, only to be told that my package which has been sitting at this location for over a month was supposedly “returned to sender.” The problem is, there have been zero updates or tracking changes reflecting that. No accountability, no clear answers. Customer service is the only reason this isn’t a zero-star review. The woman at the front was the only person who showed any effort to assist. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff came off as unhelpful, dismissive, and frankly incompetent. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they made it seem like I was the problem when this is literally their responsibility. Lack of communication, lack of urgency, and a complete disregard for customers’ time and property. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location if possible.

    I generally have an easy experience just using the kiosk to mail items. Today I witnessed an employee being extremely rude to a customer about the passport process. She rudely said "you are an adult you can do this yourself". Her tone was extremely condescending and rude and it was embarassing for her to treat a customer that way. The customer was clearly confused about the process. I have seen other associates helping customers on the kiosk in the past and I am not sure why that was not offered.

    Went to get a money order for my sons passport and the guy at the front desk was really uninformed and will not let go the fact that a childs passport is $100.00. He kept on going, even after I showed his the government website where the $100.00 passport fee is listed. He kept on telling me that it's 135, and that adult and childs passport cost the same, which is incorrect. Very misinformed, and after informing him and proving the price he still thinks its not true. So if you go here for money orders, do not listen to the workers here, they dont know what they are talking about. Specifically this tallish, mid 30s, African American guy.

    I soon found that none of that changed how it went. If you are looking to patron the pickup window just be prepared to be overlooked, ignored, or for them to be immediately annoyed of you if you were redirected to the window from the main counter.

    When to go pick up my mail 3/17/26 around 1:50pm ring the bell so I can give them my address and the lady name Mary was highly disrespectful because I ring the bell. The manager definitely need to speak to her about being more professional and not having bad attitude. It's not fun picking up mail and your mail box broke. On of that I'm missing weeks of mail. Where is my mail ? So now I have to do a report. Please do better
