Worst place I have ever been to, the workers are disrespectful and irresponsible.

People cut the line and despite speaking up the sales associate says to talk to management. There is over 15 people here and one person working while 2 other people are just staring at binders avoiding people. I myself am coming a second time to deal with this location about my refund after being told that they don’t do it at this location. I spoke to customer service online and they emailed me proof that is not true and the location needs to do it. This location needs to be audited and have these issues corrected. There is a reason why the reviews are below 3 stars.

Following the advice of a postal manager, I am documenting a troubling encounter with two employees at this facility. I arrived at 4:45 PM to have client packages scanned, well before the scheduled 5:00 PM closing. Upon entry, an employee informed me they would not provide service, citing a handwritten note stating they close at 4:45 PM to facilitate an early departure. When I noted that official USPS policy requires serving all customers inside by 5:00 PM, she insisted their branch operated independently of those rules. Despite my simple request for a five-second scan, she deliberately powered down her terminal as I reached the window, then dishonestly claimed the system shut off automatically. The acting supervisor, Romi, intervened only to stubbornly defend this unauthorized "local policy" over national standards, even threatening to involve law enforcement when I mentioned filing a formal grievance. While the "early closure" sign has since been removed, such blatant dishonesty and disregard for policy warrant serious review.
