    I opened up a P.O. Box because my mailbox got broken into and had a package stolen from it. A P.O. Box is supposed to be secure and free of theft. Yet, I had two packages stolen/lost/misplaced at my P.O. Box and got no help whatsoever from USPS and their employees. Whether the packages were marked as delivered then stolen by an employee or misplaced into another P.O. Box/mailbox by mistake, it’s absolutely unacceptable to be robbed with no one at USPS being able to take any actions to help me. How are there no cameras inside to see what actually happened? How does packages get marked as delivered and they never show up in my P.O. Box and I’m out on the money I spent on these items because of the incompetence of USPS’s employees? One of the items were taken and sold elsewhere online which I was able to track down due to the serial number on the item. I’m out of the money spent on the items that were supposed to be delivered here to my P.O. Box because the USPS employees here at Kiefer blvd can’t do their jobs correctly and like to steal or misplace packages into other people’s mailboxes that they don’t belong in. Wasted my time and robbed (of hundreds) by the employees here by opening up a P.O. Box here. And opening up a claim on their website didn’t matter because it got denied since the packages were marked as delivered. They can mark your packages as delivered and do whatever they please with them because since they’re marked as delivered, there’s nothing else they can do. How about double or even triple checking that you’re putting the packages where they belong so they go to who they’re supposed to go to or just get employees to stop stealing them if that’s taking place. I can’t believe I got no help whatsoever. No one at USPS is being held accountable or responsible for this. What a terrible and joke of an experience. I’d leave 0 stars if it were possible.

    I check my mailbox every 4 days due to the overwhelming amount of mail & packages I receive. I had received an email that my package was delivered & I received my usual mail alerts. I went to check my mail& absolutely nothing was there, I mean nothing! No package, not one bill, the key 🔑 for my package nothing! It looked as if I moved& changed my address. This is the 2nd time this has happened & the post man played dumb. He stated he’s been putting mail in my box& has no idea what happened. I’m angry as hell
