I go back and inform the clerk as I am sending a new set of now late documents and instead of offering assistance he laughed in my face. I even replied wow I was shocked in front of the long line. If I had another option I would use FedEx but usps are the only ones that send P.O. Box deliveries. I am hoping my now resent package gets there it’s already delayed despite it being a Sacramento P.O. Box. It’s very concerning and frustrating that they can lose your sensitive mail with no accountability. I’ve filed a missing search claim and nothing. This branch has rude customer service and I now have to drive to the royal oaks location if my package doesn’t arrive for the second time. Very scary and disappointing.
