Had to take a Paratransit over there with no service , so I wasted my money on my Paratransit.

The line is all the way to the door, at 5:50pm they state that they won’t be able to get everyone helped… even the ones that been standing there for 30 minutes. If that’s the case.. why do you still have the front door unlocked?? And how is it our fault you guys have two workers but only one is able to scan because who knows, maybe the other one didn’t want to log into the system and help (he was only offering to help those their to pickup) and then they stated they might only be helping the next two people and that’ll be it… it takes 10 minutes only for two people? That caused many people to leave upset and waste their time… I stayed, and guess what.. in those 10 minutes he was able to help 5 people. Doors close at 5pm , not you kick out people at 5pm. Ridiculous
