  During my visit, two of your employees McKenna and Justin were assisting a customer who was, unfortunately, quite rude, demanding, and difficult. Despite the challenging situation, both employees remained remarkably professional, patient, and composed. They handled the interaction with a level of politeness, understanding, and grace that truly stood out. It was genuinely impressive to see how they maintained their calm demeanor while continuing to provide helpful and respectful service. Their ability to manage such a stressful encounter without compromising professionalism reflects highly on their character and on your organization as a whole.

  This place is HORRIBLE. I sent some very important documents to VA. They sent my paperwork Priority Mail through the USPS. They told me it would arrive on Tuesday it arrived on Saturday and they charged me $9 more than the post office would have. I would have went to the post office myself if I knew they were falsely advertising their service. I WILL "NEVER" send ANYTHING through UPS again.

  We are from Iowa on vacation and it dawned on me that I did not mail my Granddaughters birthday card before we left. I bought one in Sacramento and went to the UPS store. We use our local UPS store in Clive, Iowa all the time. The Sacramento associate, unfortunately I do not remember his name, was very friendly and reassuring to this frantic Grandma. He found the most cost effective way to get the card to Iowa in time for my Granddaughter’s birthday. He was awesome. On a side note, the elderly lady in front of us on line was returning an Amazon item. She was very confused how to do the return on her phone at the self-serve station. This same associate went over and said in a very kind and non-demanding way that he would be glad to help her. She was so appreciative. I loved the way he treated her with dignity when she was not familiar with the technology.

  The staff extended awesome service! Building was very clean! I was even greeted upon arrival & departure, which really kept a smile on my face! Everything was absolutely & perfect! Staff was so wonderful & warming, that they made me feel right at home .... like part of the family! Definitely my store!! Thank you staff at UPS Store .... Stay Blessed😇
