- RTRobin TApr 6, 20261.0We just renewed our PBM and the cost for the small box went from $270 in 2025 to $390 in 2026 for the same box. No bigger, no smaller. I realized that their move and our renewal date over lapped by a week so in addition to the $120 annual increase, they charged us an additional $25 late fee. When I called to discuss the increase, I was told "you received a notice in your box. And, even though we were in the transition of moving locations, you are still responsible for the late fee." In this world where everything is going up in cost, the only thing a business has these days is customer service, well...... Don't come here to find it!!!!
