- JJJake Jeong2 days ago1.0They seem to have lost my package (never updating that they have package on tracking even though it's been 3 business days) and when I called them about it a guy told me in a very condescending tone that if you have the receipt, you have nothing to worry about. I then asked when should I worry about it and he replied whenever you feel comfortable. Just a very poor customer service. I hope filing a claim won't be too hard but I am not holding my breath
