I do believe he is the manager because his attire is different from the other worker.. he needs flto really work on his customer service...

- CCCedroMar 30, 20261.0I ship things from all over, I have lived in 5 different states for a bit of reference. This FedEx is the absolute WORST. There always seems to be something wrong every time I walk into the place. Box is too big, box isn't sturdy enough, not enough this or that. They'll try to charge me 15-20$ a box, and it'll be the size of a cereal box. I leave the store, walk around back and grab one for free from the recycling! It's really hit or miss too, one person makes you pay for packaging/stuffing inside the box, others don't. Will be finding a new carrier.
