  Helpful place, friendly people and friendly manager. I tried to preorder my prints online, but it wouldn't complete my order. It would have been $45 for about 3 copies of 71 pages if my online order has gone through. When I got there, they said it would be about $55 for 2 copies of 71 pages. Less for more. Not cool - they should have the same price online as they do in the store, especially if their online checkout isn't working.

  Delilah saved me with her printing skills, sweet demeanor, and all around amazing customer service. I truly cannot thank her enough. If there’s an employee of the month she should get it. Thank you, Delilah!!

  I came to drop off my book to get despined and divided into smaller books. Gave VERY detailed instructions as well as tabbed the sections. I clarified in person as well everything that I wanted. One of the workers called back with a question - which is fine. There was still confusion so I had to go back in to clarify what the index of a book was. He said he understood that I wanted the index copied for all the books (as indicated on my written instructions). I come back and pick up my books and it’s wrong… I’m too exhausted to come back but I’m just so ??? There was no added clear and back cover for one book. The original index is in 1 book and NOT copied for the rest of the books. He did make ONE copy loose leaf. So I have a stack of papers… $36 for it to still be done wrong. But whatever.

  This is my go-to FedEx in Sac. I always have such positive experiences with the staff. Special shout out to Moe! I went in today to print some labels and she was incredibly helpful, kind, and she had such positive energy!

  Came in for a passport photo at the FedEx on 3100 Folsom St and was in and out in under 10 minutes. The associate who assisted me, Moe, was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, guiding me through the process smoothly. I highly recommend this location for passport photos.
