    It’s been a while since I’ve been to this post office. But today I went and there was not one person in the lobby, so I was excited to go buy my stamps. When I walked in, there were three ladies working (Or at least say we’re sitting at the counters) and one of them was yelling into her phone about some other employee, sounded like maybe a managerial problem. It took everyone a minute to even acknowledge me, and while I was taking care of of my business, the lady lady was yelling at the other person the whole time sitting at her counter with a Christmas hat on. I’m not sure what is happening at the post office these days, but I feel like every time I walk in and have to do something with a person they’re unhappy And have no problem, showing it to the customers.

    I had a very frustrating experience with the post office manager, David Martinez. He was extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. He printed my money order incorrectly and then refused to take responsibility or correct his mistake. Instead of providing customer service, he acted dismissive and uncooperative. Someone in a management position should know how to handle customers respectfully and fix errors, not make the situation worse. I’m very disappointed and hope USPS looks into this matter seriously. After looking at other reviews, I can see that many people have had the same bad experience at this location — so it’s not just me. USPS really needs to review the management here and improve how this branch is run. Customers deserve better treatment and basic professionalism.

    The contact us chat on their site only does what the website does..it tracks packages and when you click missing mail it doesn't help search for it. It does NOTHING AT ALL! It wont ket you speak to a live agent. What was thr purpose of this chat? It does nothing at all only what the website does before clicking the chat so that'd wasted time and frustrations. I just want my package tracking status to update its been 2 days it should have been here already. All I have are problems with the usps system. Im gettimg really tired of it. Plus all the mail theft. Seems to be happening too much lately. You would think they would be followed by security with how many security officers we have these days.

    I received the absolute worst treatment at this location. The staff member, called “J”, told me I had to pay package price to mail a letter that just contained a card. In addition to being passive aggressive and rude when I asked how much the letter would cost, he just answered “I don’t know, five six dollars?” There was NO ONE in line so there was no reason for him to be so rude and dismissive. The postal service keeps declining- I wish I had a better option than having to go with FedEx instead and pay a fortune to mail a normal envelope.
