My street locker mailbox was broken for a while and I needed to pick up my mail here while it was in repair. I'm not sure what happens between the employees and I can have empathy about how many people they must deal with on the day to day basis that are frustrated about getting their mail but I tried to be completely aware of this, patient, quiet, and generally as pleasant as possible when going through the process of mail pickup. I soon found that none of that changed how it went. If you are looking to patron the pickup window just be prepared to be overlooked, ignored, or for them to be immediately annoyed of you if you were redirected to the window from the main counter.

I am writing to share a concerning experience I had at this United States Postal Service location I recently visited. During my visit, I approached the front desk and politely requested a passport application form, explaining that I did not have access to a printer. The employee assisting me, Mary, informed me that I would need to print the application myself and stated that she would not provide one. She was very rude and disrespectful not only to me but other customers that were in front of me. She indicated that although the forms were available at the desk, she did not want to distribute them in order to avoid running out for future customers. I was surprised and disappointed by this response. As a customer seeking assistance with a passport service, I expected to receive appropriate support, especially since passport application forms are standard materials typically provided at USPS locations offering passport services. The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful, which made the experience frustrating. I respectfully ask that this matter be reviewed to ensure that customers are treated professionally and provided with reasonable assistance when requesting standard forms. I value the services provided by USPS and hope that steps can be taken to improve customer service at this location.

Very disappointing experience at this USPS location. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I came to pick up my package and instead of helping or explaining the situation clearly, I was treated with attitude and disrespect. Customer service should never feel hostile or dismissive. I understand everyone can have a busy day, but refusing to properly assist a customer and speaking in a rude tone is unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the way customers are treated.

Worst customer service ever. The lady who normally handles the passport is such a rude lady. She thinks she owns the place/process and is not willing to put ANY effort to help the customer to even answer simple questions despite having an appointment as if she is not getting pay to perform a job aside from the additional fees they charge you. I will drive father so I dont have deal with her again. Such a rude person.
