- BSBORODACH SNG5 days ago1.0Address: 955 Olive Branch Pl, ZIP 95815 For the past three weeks I have been coming to this post office EVERY SINGLE DAY and every time I’m told “you have no mail”. This is absolute hell. This is literally the worst post office I’ve ever seen in my life. We are waiting for important letters and have been forced to come here for three weeks straight, only to be told every day “you have no mail”. Then the next day I come back, a different employee is working, and suddenly they bring me letters that arrived two weeks ago. Out of 20 people who come to pick up their mail, only 3–4 actually get anything. Everyone else is told “you have no mail at all”. This is complete chaos. Nobody is in control, nobody wants to work, nobody checks anything properly. You’ve already forced me to write this complaint — let everyone see what’s going on here. Please take immediate action. This is unacceptable.

- MMMelinda M.Oct 27, 20254.0I moved back in July 2025 and lost our mailbox key. I paid 50.00 to have the key replaced in August 2025 while trying to locate the lost key. I was able to pick up my mail while the replacement keys were being made. In October 2025 we received 3 postal keys which none of them worked. Since they replaced the non working keys, we no longer can pick up our mail. So I am assuming the mail is being pushed in this box. So..I have not had mail since September. We go 2 times a week to check on the replacement keys and keep being told "they are working on it" . No one is working on this. My mother's heart meds are in this mail box we can't access. I don't know what to do anymore. I dont want to yell at people not getting paid while working, I want to cry, scream, we need something done...Help Help Help.. 💔 ****Update.****Finally got the right working keys 🔑 11/14/25. Thank you so much!!!

Today a very rude customer yelled and name called two of the workers and they politely answered her and did not retaliate. She was assisted by another two workers who also treated her politely despite her loud accusations. I really appreciated the professionalism that the workers displayed.

Box at this location and tried to do a change of address, the front desk chumpy lady gave two difference answers to the same question, first said cancel it, then said you have to submit another change of address, when I clarified that if cancel it, I would not received mails as my previous P.O. Box at a different location is expiring and I would have no access. She is absolutely unable to provide a correct way to resolve issue and process change of address. Indeed Factually Irresponsible! NEVER open P.O. Box at this location!!!
