    I came in to this office several times for now. I am new to States from Canada and I don’t know the USPS process still learning about it. I am writing because this is the 3rd time the same person behave with me in a very arrogant , rude and inappropriate manner. Her name is Invita or something I didn’t quit catch on her batch but it’s something like this. I ignored her behaviour twice earlier but she did this again, hence I can’t stop my self to write. I was in line and asked in a polite way that do you mind if I can have a pen please and she replied in an arrogant tone straight that I don’t have. And it’s so harsh that how come she doesn’t have a pen and if not she should reply in a polite way, I didn’t said anything. Therefore, I waited for other person to assist me. I could have said about her behaviour on her face but I don’t want to create a scene and speak with her. This is the very first time in my life that my mail got returned and this is because of her I was in the office again because last time she helped me with the same mail and she didn’t check the envelope and said anything just got me billed and print the receipt without any instructions. I didn’t see any tracking no on the receipt thus I google it about priority mail that why there is no any tracking no, as I said I literally don’t know the process of USPS. And the other lady explained me why my mail got returned just the From- To was written opposite .As in some countries there is a different process. Thus, I have to pay again for the mail because of her poor customer service and her poor behaviour. I understand employees are overwhelmed with their tasks however, we don’t show it on our face and behave rude with others. I have never faced such kind of behaviour until now. We all are humans, hence show humanity and be kind to each other no matter what! People will always give their blessings for your kindness and helpful nature. Hence, kindly please be kind and polite.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. As many have said, the customer service (if you could even call it that) is so bad!! I understand they deal with a lot of customers, but come on that’s no reason to treat anyone with such attitude and rudeness. I was helped by an African American woman (I can’t remember her name) and I was there to return a package and from the start she was so rude. It’s not often I have to come to the post office so I have no idea how things work and she was salty over some TAPE another nice young lady gave me to tape my package up. Now it was priority mail tape so I had no idea I couldn’t use it but seriously?! She didn’t even try to explain anything and she quite frankly ruined my day so yea 0/5 stars.

    The doors closed 20 min or so early without a note stating it was closed. Mail box locked to not take mail. Multiple people standing in line trying to interact with staff. She looked up and talked “mess” about us standing there. Posting cause this office has an obvious customer service issue. Multiple (not all) individuals are rude. A simple note could have resolved any questions or issues. .
