This office openly and unapologetically will discriminate against you for having certain inalienable features, specifically employees Harjinder, Jas & the "Lead Clerk". Was told verbatim, "Your kind is not welcome here. Go to a different Post Office." Mind you, this was entirely unprompted. I simply inquired as to why my postage was incorrectly charged through their website. The woman whom I spoke with kept repeating the same line about an online shipping vendor, which was incorrect and unrelated. When I finally tried to interject and stated, "please let me speak," she continued yelling over me and pushed my packages (labeled FRAGILE, mind you) back over the counter at me and told me she wouldn't fulfill my orders (I had 3 others which were correct and already paid for, thus they refused to render services which I had already paid for, a federal offense.) When I told the woman behind the counter that as a federally funded and subsidized business, she did not have any right to refuse me service based on our interaction (there are express cases this is allowed, but my conduct did not meet that requirement) she doubled down, dragged her coworkers into it, and then STOLE MY PACKAGE off of the counter and REFUSED to give it back until I started recording her on my cell phone. I have all 3 employees on video refusing me service and caught the package theft as well. I hope these three are ready to go viral on TikTok, Instagram & YouTube because I have 90,000 followers across 3 platforms and generate roughly 10 million views a month with content that SPECIFICALLY pertains to clothing resale and shipping. All of my followers utilize this service and need to know the truth about what goes on at this office. The Office of the Inspector General has already been contacted regarding this conduct, sent video evidence, and will be launching a full investigation. I would not recommend EVER doing business here, and to the USPS employees: When you conduct yourself in this manner, all you do is prove that you 1) have nothing in your life to lose and 2) this is the only semblance of power you wield in life. Please clean it up, you look pathetic.

Going to the post office is a stressful experience. They could use more staff to assist customers. I went in to complete an in-person identity verification for a Change of Address and brought a document that is listed on USPS’s official list of acceptable forms. Unfortunately, I was met with a dismissive response. I understand the clerk may know more about the process, after all she works there, but a more helpful and patient approach would make the experience much smoother. I didn’t catch her name but she was not professional. I had to return with another document and luckily went to Harjinder. I would give him 5 stars for his professionalism and kindness.
