This place is always short staff. They need to hire more people and they to do their job accordingly. I dealt with two mailbox incidents where the neiborhood mailbox was closed off and we stopped getting mail delivered. First time took them six months and the second time it was 8 months, to get fixed. It was not easy having to find time within their schedule to get my mail. Whoever reported stolen mail, the box did not seem to be broken. There is no set urgent procedure to resolve any issues. All that exist is good luck...when they get to it. The mailman did not deliver my package but stuck a slip in the mailbox that mailman made an attempt to deliver. What a Lie. I went to pick up the package at the post office and the Lady Clerk couldn't locate it. She made up the answer, "the mailman has it". Then why was it not delivered. Useless worker, they need to be replaced with Better Workers.

"Be very careful with this USPS location. Packages often go missing, and if you send something valuable, they will not reimburse you for the loss. I strongly recommend using a more secure service if you need to mail important items."

If you have something important to deal with that is more important than just dropping off a package, it's 100% worth it to drive elsewhere to another spot I went to return cashier check that I got for wrong amount and the team lead named Jasmine, she didn't seem like any help and she had a very bad attitude she didn't know what she needs to do forgive any instructions except for being negative I told her this is $450 cashier's check from here I can't return it she said no this is $2.50 I don't know what the heck is that or what's wrong with her, I wanted to explain to her how that works because I already did the research since she didn't know what she needs to do which is her job at the first place but she was not listening and she was only trying to win an argument at any cost of course I don't want my business to be handled by someone with this mentality I wouldn't hire someone like her or her assistant even to manage my chickens coop. All this was part of the story not even the whole thing, but why they care they work for the USPS and they get paid regardless, they don't care about people's business, this message was not meant to be rude but to bring attention to management.
