Every single time I come, they are short staffed. The line is out the door and they leave people waiting.

My business was open yet the didn't deliver my package saying business was close, then rescheduled for next business day delivery and didn't receive it, then called to find out what's going on was told to go pick it up from their facility, went to pick it up, they couldn't find it.. they don't respect people times. Waste of time.

Headline: Gross Negligence, Policy Misinformation, and Hostile Service
Rating: 1/5 Stars
This is the most unprofessional and "ghetto" customer service experience I have ever encountered. I have attempted to resolve a serious security issue regarding Informed Delivery twice, only to be met with incompetence and hostility.
#1. Security Negligence (Informed Delivery):
Following instructions from the USPS Informed Delivery department, I visited the Brookfield location to ensure a former resident was no longer receiving digital photographs of my private mail. Despite being told by the national department to speak with the Postmaster, the staff here refused to escalate the issue, ignored the security risk, and lazily told me to "call the department" I had already spoken with. A month later, I still have no confirmation that my mail is secure.
#2. Policy Misinformation & Power Trips:
On January 21, 2026, I returned to mail a package. The male clerk (of Fijian descent) incorrectly claimed a return address is mandatory for all mail. When I asked for a pen to comply simply to move things along, he refused to provide one and forced me out of line to use my own, despite the line already being long.
#3. Hostile Environment:
When I finally reached the counter again at 4:45 PM, the female clerk was equally rude. After I declined an $8 tracking add-on, she made derogatory comments about me to her colleague right in front of my face, stating, "We don't do that up in here."
The staff at this location are not only ignorant of postal regulations but are openly combative with customers. If you value your privacy or your time, avoid this post office at all costs. I will be filing a formal complaint with the USPS Office of Inspector General.

Can't even do a simple 3-day priority mail. Seriously?!
I tried to send a few forms to a healthcare office on Dec. 26th. It is Jan. 19 today and my mail status says it is back at the USPS office. Now, my mail is late and I gotta deal with more craps.
Do yourself a favor and DON'T waste your time here.

"Extremely poor customer service. I walked in with two employees working; as soon as I approached the counter, one immediately walked away. The other proceeded to have a long, casual conversation with a customer while ignoring the growing line. When they finally finished, the worker paused for a long time before asking, 'Can I help you?' in an incredibly rude tone. Another customer in line and I just looked at each other in disbelief—he even started laughing at how absurd the service was. I mailed my package, but I will not be returning to this location."
