"Be very careful with this USPS location. Packages often go missing, and if you send something valuable, they will not reimburse you for the loss. I strongly recommend using a more secure service if you need to mail important items."

If you have something important to deal with that is more important than just dropping off a package, it's 100% worth it to drive elsewhere to another spot I went to return cashier check that I got for wrong amount and the team lead named Jasmine, she didn't seem like any help and she had a very bad attitude she didn't know what she needs to do forgive any instructions except for being negative I told her this is $450 cashier's check from here I can't return it she said no this is $2.50 I don't know what the heck is that or what's wrong with her, I wanted to explain to her how that works because I already did the research since she didn't know what she needs to do which is her job at the first place but she was not listening and she was only trying to win an argument at any cost of course I don't want my business to be handled by someone with this mentality I wouldn't hire someone like her or her assistant even to manage my chickens coop. All this was part of the story not even the whole thing, but why they care they work for the USPS and they get paid regardless, they don't care about people's business, this message was not meant to be rude but to bring attention to management.

This post office sucks. They never open on time, always understaffed, and always unfriendly. The lobby bins will be full/jammed by 1030am. They miss scans, so if you have a business marketplace site will refund your orders, customers get confused all because they can't scan a package. If you ask nicely if they could page someone to unjam the bin since there's only one worker they just say "no".....like.....where are people supposed to put their paid postage that's already been scanned in.
