Instead of allowing the first class mail to go thru and using a shred of common sense, they wasted my time, delayed my mail, and showed zero concern for the customer. THIS POST OFFICE IS KNOWN TO BE STICKLERS ON THIS TYPE OF THING. GO TO THE OTHER POST OFFICES IN THE AREA TO AVOID YOUR PACKAGING FROM BEING RETURNED BACK TO YOU. It’s pathetic how little effort they put into helping people. Rather than providing a service and costing more money for the USPS in the end, they seem more interested in creating problems and hiding behind “this is the policy – it’s black and white.” You mean there’s no gray area? This is exactly why people dread dealing with USPS—because this location proves customer service is dead here. If I could give zero stars, I would.
