- CWcharles womack3 days ago5.0The staff at this post office are professional, knowledgeable and hard working. Ki ana(forgot how to spell it in particular is the best. When the line gets long, the supervisor will come out of his office and help(when he's not in a meeting or something). The employees have delayed their break to help find my package before. The staff there help each other out. Outstanding post office!

- JJJamminAug 18, 20171.0I was home and was expecting a parcel, nobody ever knocked once. They left a "Sorry we missed you " notice to be picked up at the post office. Some lazy ass postal employees here, never taking pride in anything, just half ass work is good enough for a good job paycheck. Sorry as hell to say the least..... 1 star isn't doing any justice to the lack of responsibility and pompous attitudes that these employees put forth each day. My true rating would be a (-5) if it were an available option. Del Paso Heights location can and should be revamped, by holding mandatory sessions for the employees so they receive the proper training and guidance on how carriers inside and outside of the workplace should be treated, how parcels are properly delivered and to ensure quality and courteous Customer service. Reminds me of dealing with a crappy Walmart.... smh....
